About your photographer:
Hello, My name is Carly, or Carly Ann whichever you prefer. I was raised in sunny Southwest Florida. I'm a country girl at heart and love to travel, go to the beach, and get a little muddy on the weekends! I am recently graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a double double major in Architecture and Public Safety Administration with a concentration in Disaster Management. I have been apart of the photography industry for 5 years. I fell in love with photography during my studies at Florida Atlantic and have decided to pursue my passion exclusively.
As of May 2022, I am YOUR full time photographer. I am not a "niche" photographer, as I have come to love many areas of this industry. You can book me for weddings, portraits, events, commercial headshots, branding, vehicles and much more!

I specialize in drinking chai tea lattes, and watching Gilmore Girls reruns! I also specialize in creating genuine, vibrant, and unique photographs for modern and adventurous couples.

As a full service wedding photographer in Grand Junction, my mission is to beautifully capture the story and scenery of your celebration.

Skye Raine Photography was inspired by my daughter. She inspires in to build my dreams and be the best person I can be. I created this business 2 years ago after doing photography as a hobby for years. I specialize in maternity and senior portraits, but I also enjoy newborns, families and weddings. I am also a registered nurse with BLS and ACLS certification. I love outdoor photography, but I also have studio options as well. If there was one type of photography I could do every day it would be styled shoots in big beautiful gowns. I would also love to collaborate with more photographers and travel to do photos as well.

I am a 27 year old self-taught photographer born and raised in East Tennessee. My obsession started when I picked up my mom's old DSLR. I took some photos for a friend going to senior prom. Little did I know that I would actually enjoy it. Lots of trial and error, and investments later and here I am. Everyday I'm working to be better for my clients and for myself. I'm thankful that I get to do what I love and that I get to put a smile on people's faces. I love giving people photos that they will cherish for a lifetime. My style is a combination of lifestyle & classic with a creative twist.

Besides photography, I love live music, colorful sunsets, and seeing and trying new things.
