Starting 10-24 months before your wedding date, this is where we take all your big dream ideas, sort through your Pinterest and saved IG photos to organize and pull together a wedding design that showcases who you are as a couple. We create the timelines for you to follow, the budget to keep you on track, and introduce you to venues & vendors that meet your needs/wants and fit your budget. We will be there every step of the way and will be there to help every moment be as magical as you want it to be! Our Custom Design includes; - complimentary pre-hire interview to get to know each other - up to 7 post-hire consultation meetings - attendance at all venue meetings - customized vendor recommendations + introductions to fit your budget and needs + management - event design and styling - floor plan and timeline creation - out-of-town guest arrangements - budget management - transportation management - rental item management - rsvp tracking - directing the rehearsal with the officiant the day before the wedding - 8-10 hours on wedding day (includes one assistant) Package price will vary on length of engagement, wedding location and client need.

We join you 6-8 months before your wedding date to support you with finalizing your last vendors, management of your budget, help with your overall design and day of details. Essentially, we may not have been their from day one of the planning process, but we will help you feel like we have been so that you can start to relax and focus on the magical day that is ahead of you. We require that at least three (3) major vendors are booked before we join you i.e. venue, catering and photographer. - complimentary pre-hire interview to get to know each other - 4 post-hire consultation meetings - customized vendor recommendations for your remaining vendors based on need and budget - event design and styling and custom floor plan creation - timeline creation and budget guidance and management - guest/client transportation and rental item management - directing the rehearsal with the officiant the night before your wedding - 8-10 hours on wedding day (includes one additional team member) Package price will vary on length of engagement, wedding location and client need.

More commonly known in our industry as "day-of" coordination, you’ve got every single timeline done, signed all the contracts, settled on your caterer, and tasted every dessert on your dessert bar more than once! All the details are planned and in place, but you want (and definitely deserve) to hand over everything to a professional team so you can just show up on your day. - complimentary pre-hire interview to get to know each other - 1 post-hire consultation meeting (around 90 days before the wedding.) - 1 site visit (around 60 days before the wedding.) - floor plan creation - timeline creation - communicating with all vendors to confirm timeline, delivery times, payment requirements, etc. - directing the rehearsal with the officiant - 8-10 hours on wedding day (one additional team member) Package price will vary on length of engagement, wedding location and client need.
