I'm Abigail Newman; Abby for short! I'm a mom, wife, blogger, adventurer, animal loving, photographer located among the mountains in a tiny, one stoplight town in Virginia! I do this photography thing with my husband, Jerry. Traveling the world and capturing raw, dramatic landscapes is what floored my passion for photography. It wasn't until I fell in love and became a mom that I discovered the moments of joy and laughter that left me in awe and made my love for lifestyle photography come to life. Seeing the raw connection between families and lovers makes my heart so very happy! I don't want you to remember a posed, stiff face in your photos, I want you to look at my work and smile because you remember exactly how you felt during the session. Anyone can have you stare soullessly into the camera and snap a picture. That’s not you. That’s not how you and your loved ones feel about each other. The teasing, booty grabbing, the snorting laughs, the awful dancing, spinning until your dizzy and crying from laughter. Even the pouting faces of your kids and when they follow their one track mind and go off course, let's follow them and capture their imagination!
